According to industry experts, product recalls are an essential part of a company's production and business activities to repair, replace or fix technical errors that have been detected to ensure the highest quality and safety of the product, which will then be returned to the customer upon completion.
In the world, vehicle recall is a criterion for evaluating business development and consumers are protected from product defects caused by manufacturers for recalled products.
Therefore, when the customer's vehicle is subject to recall, the customer should quickly bring the vehicle to the authorized dealer and service station for inspection and repair. When carrying out procedures related to the recall for inspection, repair or replacement, the vehicle owner does not have to pay any fees because this is the responsibility of the manufacturer.
