The left dike section of Luoc River through Thanh Giang Commune (Thanh Mien, Hai Duong) is degraded while many people and vehicles regularly pass through here.
About 300m of the left dike of Luoc River through Thanh Giang commune has been seriously degraded for a long time but has not been repaired.
This section of the dike has many trucks carrying construction materials passing through. On sunny days, the dike surface is dusty, and when it rains, water stagnates in holes and ditches, posing a potential danger to road users.
