Hai Duong Provincial Department of Transport has completed installing speed bumps at 8 intersections with Provincial Road 391 through Tu Ky district.
Locations for installing speed bumps include: Dong market area (Dai Son commune); Hung Dao High School gate (Hung Dao commune); entrance to district road 191C and Hanoi-Hai Phong expressway (Tai Son commune); intersection with district road 191E (Quang Phuc commune); intersection with Phan Boi Chau Secondary School entrance and An Nhan Dong residential area (Tu Ky town); intersection with district road 191N (Van To commune); intersection with district road 191N branch line and Van To industrial cluster (Van To commune); intersection with Tat Thuong village turnoff (Cong Lac commune).
In January 2024, the People's Committee of Tu Ky district issued a document requesting the Department of Transport to install speed bumps at some intersections with Provincial Road 391 that are at risk of traffic accidents.
Provincial Road 391 passes through many communes and towns of Tu Ky district. Recently, the number of people and vehicles passing through here has continuously increased, with some locations often having serious traffic accidents.
