Hai Duong workers need to comply with regulations to avoid having their contracts to work in Korea canceled.
Hai Duong Center for Employment Services and Vocational Education warns that workers in the province who are applying for the work permit program for foreign workers in Korea (EPS Program) should not ask acquaintances to contact Korean employers to ask for information about their departure plans or try to sign contracts directly.
The reason is that recently the Human Resources Development Service of Korea (HRD Korea) discovered that some Vietnamese workers, through acquaintances, arbitrarily did the above things, affecting the recruitment process and the reputation of the business.
According to the process, after the employee is selected by the employer, the Overseas Labor Center will apply for a visa (after receiving a visa order) and notify HRD Korea of eligibility to leave the country. The departure will be based on the HRD Korea reception plan and the employer without going through any other organization or individual. Hai Duong workers need to comply with the regulations to avoid having their contracts terminated.
