Kinh Mon Town People's Council adjusted the investment policy for the project to build a connecting road from Kinh Mon town center to Trieu bridge, from That Hung ward to Pham Thai ward.
On the morning of October 10, at the 18th Session (special session), the People's Council of Kinh Mon town, term II, 2021-2026, adjusted the total investment of the project to build a connecting road from the center of Kinh Mon town to Trieu bridge from 79.9 billion VND to over 175 billion VND.
Section 1 from km13+129 to km16+460 (provincial road 389) is about 2.09 km long, with a roadbed size of 28 m and a road surface of 7.5 m x 2. The design of the drainage system, lighting, and traffic safety ensures the prescribed standards.
Section 2 from Trieu bridge road to km13+129 (provincial road 389), about 194 m long, designed to add a 1 m wide median strip, add a 3.75 m wide acceleration and deceleration lane on the right side of the route, paint road markings and renovate and restore the existing road surface for remote guidance, ensuring traffic safety at the intersection with provincial road 389. Add a residential road, a cross-road at the end of the route and some auxiliary items to improve the intersection angle between the existing roads and the new road to ensure traffic safety according to current standards.
The project includes compensation, support, and site clearance. The project group is adjusted from group C to group B.
The reasons, scale and costs of project implementation are adjusted according to Resolution No. 47/NQ-HDND dated July 12, 2024 of the People's Council of Hai Duong province adjusting and allocating the 5-year public investment plan of local budget capital for 2021-2025 and 2024 for the 5th time. Adjusting a number of contents related to land recovery due to increased land prices when the amended Land Law takes effect from August 1, 2024; Decision No. 28/2024/QD-UBND dated August 9, 2024 of the People's Committee of Hai Duong province detailing a number of articles and measures for implementation on compensation, support and resettlement when the State recovers land in Hai Duong province and adjusting the scale of implementation to increase the cost of site clearance for project implementation.
At the meeting, the Town People's Council also approved many other important contents: adjusting the investment policy of the project to build Route 5 and clearing the land according to the detailed planning for the construction of the new residential area of Dong Mieu, Hien Thanh ward at a scale of 1/500; adjusting the investment policy of the project to build the headquarters of Hien Thanh ward police; approving the investment policy of the project to build infrastructure for the concentrated aquaculture area of Minh Hoa commune...
