Pursuant to Clause 1, Article 26 of Decree 45/2022/ND-CP dated July 7, 2022, stipulating administrative sanctions for violations in the field of environmental protection, it is stipulated that:“Fines from 500,000 to 1,000,000 VND for households and individuals who do not classify domestic solid waste according to regulations; do not use packaging to contain domestic solid waste according to regulations".
Therefore, households that do not classify solid waste will be fined from 500,000 - 1,000,000 VND.
