Tan Minh Duc Cooperative has 45 hectares of greenhouses and net houses, the largest in the province. After storm No. 3, the cooperative suffered damage to more than 30 hectares, including greenhouse facilities and agricultural products that are being or are about to be harvested, with a total value of more than 180 billion VND. If not affected by the storm, cooperative members would have earned about 35 billion VND in this crop alone.

The first melon plants after the storm of Tan Minh Duc Cooperative have been planted in the pots to prepare for the new season. Many units visited and shared experiences to help the cooperative limit damage caused by natural disasters. Binh Minh Irrigation Technology Joint Stock Company (Hanoi) supported a reduction of 1,500 VND/m2 of nylon (worth nearly 1 billion VND for the entire area to be repaired) and exempted all equipment transportation costs for Tan Minh Duc Cooperative.

The cooperative has hired many repair teams from neighboring provinces such as Bac Ninh, Bac Giang, and Hung Yen to help farmers rebuild greenhouses with the orientation that houses with minor damage will be repaired first and put into production immediately, houses with severe damage will be repaired later, and it is expected that the entire damaged area will be repaired before Tet 2025.

After the storm, the power outage caused the pickled shallots stored in the cold storage to become moldy and spoiled. The members are drying them to save some of them. The members actively support each other in production and overcome difficulties.
