The family of Mr. Nguyen Van Tai in Kinh Mon is the first case to receive support from the program to help people with disabilities start a business, coordinated by the Provincial Association of People with Disabilities.
On December 31, the Association of the Disabled in Kinh Mon town (Hai Duong) coordinated to give 100 fighting cocks to Mr. Nguyen Van Tai and his wife (severely disabled, in difficult circumstances in Minh Hoa commune).
