Hai Duong disabled people confidently integrate

Despite their physical disabilities, many disabled people in Hai Duong do not feel inferior but always strive and make efforts to improve themselves.

Strive to establish 1-2 more District-level Associations for the Disabled each year.

On the morning of October 4, the Hai Duong Provincial Association of People with Disabilities held its 3rd Congress for the 2024-2029 term, with the participation of 100 delegates representing about 2,500 disabled members in the province.
Countries towards the 2024 Paris Paralympics

The Paralympic Games will open on August 28 in Paris, France. The highly symbolic event will provide an opportunity for athletes with disabilities to showcase their talent and sportsmanship.

Hai Duong shares difficulties with the disadvantaged

From August 1, the standard social allowance in Hai Duong has been raised to VND550,000/person/month, VND50,000 higher than the Government's regulations. This policy not only helps the disadvantaged alleviate some of the difficulties in life but also contributes to ensuring the effective implementation of the province's social security and sustainable development goals.
