The online concert "Sharing to be closer together" will take place at 8:00 p.m. on June 27 to join hands with the Government to raise the Vaccine Fund. The program will be broadcast live on VTV1 channel.
According to Finance Minister Ho Duc Phoc, in 2021, Vietnam needs 150 million doses of Covid-19 vaccine to vaccinate about 75 million people, with a total estimated cost of more than VND25 trillion. The Government decided to establish a Covid-19 Vaccine Fund with the aim of receiving, managing, and using funding, support, and contributions both domestically and internationally to effectively implement the "vaccine strategy" together with state budget resources, including purchasing and importing vaccines, transferring research technology, and producing vaccines domestically to vaccinate people.
On June 5, in Hanoi, the Covid-19 Vaccine Fund was officially launched. The total amount transferred to the Covid-19 Vaccine Fund as of 11:00 a.m. on June 26 was VND 7,523,000,000,000 (including conversion from foreign currency to VND).
The Covid-19 Vaccine Fund, in collaboration with VTV, VietNamNet, and Unesco Vietnam, will organize an online concert called Sharing to be closer together on the evening of June 27 on VTV1 and VTV4 channels, which will be broadcast live on VietNamNet and the Covid-19 Vaccine Fund's Information Portal at:https://quyvacxincovid19.gov.vn.

It is known that the program is expected to take place in 2 parts, with 11 main musical items, in which the Ho Chi Minh City side will open with 3 works.
Under the guidance of conductor Tran Vuong Thach, the HBSO orchestra and artists Pham Thu Ha and Pham Trang will perform the following works: Return to Motherland (Nguyen Van Thuong), Hello Vietnam (Marc Lavoine and Yvan Coriat), Dear Vietnamese Bloodline (Doan Tien).
Part 2 with the remaining 8 musical items will be conducted by Le Phi Phi from the Skopje bridgehead from Macedonia. Including Song of the White-shirted Soldier (Hoang Van) and 7 works of classical arias and familiar pop songs performed by People's Artist Ta Minh Tam, Tung Duong, Thu Minh and the Oplus group with the orchestra.
According to the artists, practicing in the context of Covid has many obstacles and difficulties in terms of geographical distance as well as ensuring epidemic prevention safety.
But above all, "any difficulty can be overcome, any enemy can be defeated" - Uncle Ho taught so we have trained and prepared in the spirit of respecting and complying with regulations on 100% covid prevention measures and trying to devote ourselves to such a meaningful program" - Commander Le Phi Phi said.
Song of the white-shirted soldier (musician Hoang Van) The song depicts the image of medical staff compared to azaleas - a rare and beautiful flower, but also azaleas on Hoang Lien peak.

According to conductor Le Phi Phi, his wish when participating in the program is to contribute to the Government's call for Vaccine Fund.
"Music also needs to be heard at this time, in the context of the pandemic increasing in Vietnam. I hope the concert takes place as a spiritual support for the Vietnamese people, as well as artists - those who have been greatly affected by covid due to social distancing and show cancellations" - the artist expressed.

Not only participating as an artist, conductor Le Phi Phi is also a special factor in the program as he was once a Covid-19 patient.
He said that although his family had been cured and had high antibody levels, when reintegrating into the community, everyone still strictly followed the 5K principle.
The new variant is very dangerous, so in a few months, when the antibodies weaken, his family will get vaccinated, and any type will be fine.
It can be seen that the sharing during the treatment process as well as the advice of conductor Le Phi Phi in this program will be the motivation for patients in the treatment process to gain more strength and confidence, recover soon and return home.
That is to be optimistic, trust in medicine, in doctors. Spirit is a very important factor, 50% helps us overcome the epidemic. Please comply with all requirements of the State, of doctors about self-isolation, do not spread the virus to family, relatives and society.

As one of the artists who has been actively involved in sharing difficulties with the frontline of the epidemic, singer Tung Duong, when participating in this program, hopes that millions of vaccine doses will be contributed by large domestic units and benefactors so that 80 million people can soon be vaccinated.
“The Covid-19 pandemic has lasted for quite a long time, currently, the epicenter that we are aiming for is Ho Chi Minh City. I believe that the resilience of the people in the epidemic area as well as the cooperation and mutual support of the whole country will soon suppress the epidemic here as well as bring the lives of all people back to normal soon.
And to do that, one of the most practical things to do at this time is to get vaccinated. Providing vaccines to every Vietnamese citizen is extremely important. When vaccinated, we will reduce the possibility of infection as well as raise awareness to avoid spreading the disease in the community" - singer Tung Duong said.

Singer Tung Duong and his family have also been vaccinated. However, he said that this does not mean he should be complacent or lose his vigilance.
"Personal awareness, knowledge about disease prevention and control by medical means or limiting going out and living in crowded places still need to be done well even after vaccination," he emphasized.
Regarding the vaccination process, he also hopes that everyone will be very careful with the advice: "Please consider carefully if you can get vaccinated based on your body. Especially those with underlying medical conditions and allergies."
"I am very confident and proud of the wise and correct leadership of the Government and the Ministry of Health in the campaign to repel the epidemic in Vietnam. And I hope that all Vietnamese people like me will unite to repel Covid with the most practical contributions possible" - singer Tung Duong. |
Speaking specifically about the program, singer Tung Duong (who will perform the song O' Sole Mio for the first time) shared: Although it is difficult to carry out the program online and in person, the concert Sharing to be closer together taking place at this time is very precious.
"This is a meaningful program, which will praise solidarity and send humane messages to all people. I hope that with the support and sharing of the community, we will send love across Vietnam with the hope of soon ending the epidemic" - the Human singer expressed.
