In the early morning of July 21, 2024, NQA, born in 2008 in Gia Loc, and about 40 people aged 14-18 rode motorbikes at high speed, carrying weapons and weapons, weaving and swerving on many streets. Afterwards, NQA and his accomplices used metal rods and pitchforks to beat a citizen and steal his cell phone.

NQA was later prosecuted for robbery and disturbing public order. Many other subjects were prosecuted for disturbing public order. Notably, some of these subjects had previous convictions for intentionally causing injury and storing and concealing primitive weapons with the purpose of intentionally causing injury to others...

Being identified as a key area, where many important economic, political and cultural targets are concentrated, ensuring security and order before, during and after Tet is of special concern to Hai Duong City Police.
