The Provincial Food Safety Steering Committee requires all levels, sectors and localities to diversify communication activities, disseminate legal regulations on food safety as well as knowledge in selecting, preserving, processing and consuming food to housewives, food consumers, food producers, processors, traders and authorities at all levels, managers with the aim of minimizing food poisoning cases during the Lunar New Year and the 2024 Spring Festival.
