How does Hai Duong regulate spending levels for industrial promotion activities?

The Resolution stipulates 3 groups of applicable subjects and 20 expenditure contents with different levels.

Accordingly, demonstration models to popularize new technology and produce new products will be supported with a maximum of 30% of costs but not more than VND 800 million/model.

Support establishments applying advanced machinery and equipment, transferring technology, and scientific and technical advances into industrial and handicraft production with a maximum of 50% of costs but not exceeding 250 million VND/establishment.

Support for repairing and upgrading environmental pollution treatment systems in industrial clusters up to 30% of the cost, but not exceeding 1.4 billion VND/industrial cluster.

Support investment in building industrial cluster infrastructure including: Site leveling, internal roads, water supply and drainage systems, environmental pollution treatment systems in industrial clusters. The support level does not exceed 5 billion VND/industrial cluster.

Previously, in the 2021-2023 period, Hai Duong implemented 10 national industrial promotion projects, supporting 25 rural industrial establishments with a total budget of more than VND 8.6 billion; implemented 48 local industrial promotion projects, supporting 48 rural industrial establishments with a total budget of nearly VND 9 billion.
