This year's National Table Tennis Tournament for Strong Teams took place from October 27 to November 3 in Dong Nai, gathering 26 strong teams such as Hanoi, Army, People's Public Security T&T, Ho Chi Minh City, Hai Duong... competing in 7 events: men's team, women's team, men's doubles, women's doubles, mixed doubles, men's singles and women's singles.

Coaches Cao Anh Tuan and Nguyen Van Ngoc of the Hai Duong table tennis team brought along 12 of the strongest players, including Nguyen Duc Tuan and Doan Ba ​​Tuan Anh - two players who have just been called up to the national team to prepare for the Southeast Asian Championship.
