Collecting information about workers helps Hai Duong plan policies to support employment and vocational training; and build appropriate and effective socio-economic development plans.
From May to July 2024, Hai Duong will collect, update and edit information about workers in the province.
Information is collected from people who are 15 years old or older, have the ability to work and are in need of a job and are residing in the province (information is not collected from workers working in the armed forces or the people's police).
This is the first year Hai Duong has established an initial database (original data) about workers through collecting, updating, editing, and synthesizing information about workers.
Collect, update, edit, and synthesize information about workers as a basis for labor management, linking the national population database with other databases in the province. Through the collected data, Hai Duong will establish electronic labor books for workers, thereby planning support policies on labor, employment, and vocational training; and building appropriate and effective socio-economic development plans.
According to the General Statistics Office, Hai Duong has 957,515 people aged 15-64 (born from 1960 to May 1, 2009) eligible for information collection.
