3,400 members of the Hai Duong province community digital technology team will be trained in installing and using digital platforms and e-commerce.
On August 29, the Department of Information and Communications coordinated with the People's Committee of Thanh Ha district to organize training on installation and use of digital platforms for 260 trainees who are members of the digital technology team of the district, commune, town, village, and residential area.
Trainees are instructed to create accounts and use Hai Duong public services and national public services; register and use personal digital signatures in online transactions; use e-commerce platforms and prevent risks when transacting online.
This is the first of 17 training courses with a total of 3,400 students organized by the Department of Information and Communications in coordination with localities from now until the end of the year. Of these, 13 are training courses on installing and using digital platforms, 4 are on e-commerce and supporting production households to bring products to e-commerce platforms.
