Hai Duong transfers 5 administrative procedures in the field of inland waterways to the district level

According to the new regulations of the Provincial People's Committee, Hai Duong changed the handling agency from provincial level to district level with 5 administrative procedures in the field of inland waterways.

The People's Committee of Hai Duong province has just issued a decision on the announcement of the list of administrative procedures and approval of the internal process for handling administrative procedures within the scope and management functions of the Department of Transport. Accordingly, a number of administrative procedures have been amended and supplemented regarding the agency handling the procedures.

Specifically, the handling agency is changed from the provincial level to the district level with 5 procedures including: agreement on technical specifications for the construction of inland waterway wharves; agreement on technical specifications for the construction of cross-river passenger wharves and inland waterway wharves serving the construction of main works; announcement of inland waterway wharves' operations; announcement of cross-river passenger wharves' operations and inland waterway wharves serving the construction of main works; re-announcement of inland waterway wharves' operations.
