Hai Duong promptly resolves all feedback and recommendations on administrative procedure reform

From the beginning of the year to the end of October 2023, Hai Duong province received 104 reflections and recommendations from organizations and individuals related to the implementation of administrative reforms according to Decree No. 20/2008/ND-CP dated February 14, 2008 of the Government on receiving and handling reflections and recommendations from individuals and organizations on administrative regulations.

Of these, there are 102 reflections and recommendations from organizations and individuals through the National Public Service Portal and 2 reflections and recommendations sent by Lao Dong Newspaper and Nhan Dan Newspaper. Reflections and recommendations sent through the National Service Portal and other sources of reflection are sent to the Provincial People's Committee Office in writing, with name, age, address, and specific reflection content according to Decree 20/2008/ND-CP.

Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee received the most feedback and recommendations from organizations and citizens with 15 feedbacks and recommendations; followed by the Department of Justice with 14 feedbacks and recommendations; the Department of Natural Resources and Environment received 12 feedbacks and recommendations...

The content of the reflection is related to administrative procedure records being delayed or late; inadequacies and problems in the process of submitting records and handling administrative procedures...

All feedback and recommendations have been resolved by competent agencies and units on time and responded to organizations and individuals according to regulations.
