In the early days of the year of the Dragon, although the Con Son - Kiep Bac Spring Festival 2024 has not yet taken place, the Con Son - Kiep Bac special national relic site has welcomed thousands of visitors every day. Tourist transportation and pick-up activities at the relic site are bustling. Notably, at the Con Son relic site, there are 15 four-wheeled electric vehicles of some individuals that have not been registered, inspected, or licensed to operate, blatantly organizing the pick-up and drop-off of tourists, affecting traffic, posing a potential risk of accidents. On February 15, the city's functional forces coordinated to inspect and issue documents requiring these vehicles to stop operating.

Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Minh Quyet, Deputy Chief of Chi Linh City Police, said that along with rectifying the transport activities of spontaneous four-wheeled electric vehicles, Chi Linh City Police proactively assigned 2 working groups to coordinate with the forces of the Provincial Police and the Monument Management Board to be on duty at the relic site to ensure security and order, and arrange traffic diversion plans to avoid congestion, especially in the ticket control area and parking lot. The work of grasping the situation and proactively developing plans to prevent and handle terrorist activities, sabotage, propaganda, dissemination of reactionary and superstitious documents, acts of robbery, fraud and appropriation of property, fire prevention and fighting... has been deployed by the police force early on. "From February 23 to 27, the City Police will be on duty with 100% of its personnel. We have anticipated unexpected and complicated security and order situations that may arise and have developed a plan to assign tasks to the forces to proactively resolve them if they arise," emphasized Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Minh Quyet.

According to Hai Duong Newspaper reporters, although the road from National Highway 37 to the Con Son relic site is still under renovation, the road surface has been doubled in width compared to last year. The construction unit has smoothed the road surface and regularly sprayed water to reduce dust. Traffic signs have also been increased at the relic site.

At ticket control checkpoints, security booths, and parking lots at the Con Son - Kiep Bac relic site, in addition to the police force, the relic site management board has mobilized four times more security forces to ensure security and order than usual, including 24/7 security guards.

Mr. Nguyen Van Cuong, Deputy Head of the Con Son - Kiep Bac Relic Management Board, informed that since the Lunar New Year 2024 until now, the relic site has welcomed tens of thousands of visitors. However, the security and order situation inside the relic site has always been ensured, and there have not been any incidents related to pickpocketing, fraud, property appropriation, superstitious activities, etc.

In areas from shops to relic sites, there are always security forces on duty to patrol and control. Cases of encroachment on the roadside, selling goods, luring and following tourists are immediately reminded. Fortune-telling activities, superstitions, disguised gambling games... do not exist. The internal loudspeaker of the relic site continuously broadcasts information advising people and tourists to raise their vigilance, participate in the fight, prevent crimes, prevent fires and explosions...

The new point at the Con Son - Kiep Bac relic site in this year's spring festival is that a standard fire prevention and fighting system has been installed. In particular, the Con Son relic site alone has 6 fire prevention and fighting hydrants, hundreds of fire extinguishers, and a 400 m³ water tank. The staff in the relic site have been trained in fire prevention and fighting since before Tet. "A surveillance camera system has also been installed in many locations in the relic site. The electrical system has also been renovated, unified, and there are always people on duty to operate it. We have proactively taken early action in ensuring security and order, helping people and tourists feel secure when coming here to attend the festival," Mr. Cuong emphasized.

Up to now, the work of inspecting, reviewing, and developing a plan to prevent forest fires has been implemented by the Con Son - Kiep Bac Relic Management Board in coordination with relevant forces. The health sector has implemented a plan to coordinate inspections and guide owners of food service establishments at the relic site to strictly implement regulations on food hygiene and safety.
