The Hai Duong Department of Transport has just announced that the online application fee for renewing a driver's license, effective from December 1, is VND115,000 per application.
Accordingly, from December 1, 2023 to December 31, 2025, the fee for submitting an application for a car driving license renewal online is VND 115,000/time, a decrease of VND 20,000 compared to the previous fee.
The above regulation is implemented according to Circular No. 63/2023/TT-BTC of the Ministry of Finance amending and supplementing a number of articles of circulars regulating fees and charges, effective from December 1. The reduction in fees for online driver's license issuance aims to encourage people to use online public services.
