Nearly 90% of communes and towns in Cam Giang install surveillance cameras to handle administrative procedures.

According to the People's Committee of Cam Giang district, as of June 20, 15 out of 17 communes and towns in the district had installed surveillance cameras to handle administrative procedures at the "one-stop" department, accounting for nearly 90% of the communes and towns. The remaining two communes that have not installed surveillance cameras are Cam Vu and Cam Phuc. Previously, at the end of 2023, the “one-stop” department of Cam Giang district also installed a surveillance camera system. Currently, Cam Giang district is the locality with the highest rate of installing surveillance camera systems to handle administrative procedures at the commune level in the province.

The surveillance camera system and online screen are connected from the “one-stop” department at the district and commune levels to the offices of the Standing Committees of the District Party Committee and the Standing Committees of the Commune Party Committee. Along with the installation of the surveillance camera system, the units and localities of Cam Giang district also invested in renovating the facilities of the “one-stop” department, equipment, machinery, Internet connection, etc.

From the beginning of the year to June 20, the Cam Giang district “one-stop” department received and processed more than 1,000 administrative procedure files, the commune-level “one-stop” department received and processed more than 20,000 administrative procedure files. The entire district had no overdue files. The rate of fully digitized files reached nearly 95%, the rate of digitized files with resolved results reached 99%.
