The project has an investment of more than 40.3 billion VND from the district budget, commune budget and other legal support sources. The route is more than 3 km long, passing through 2 communes of Hong Duc and An Duc. After renovation and upgrading, the asphalt road surface was widened from 3.5 m to 7 m.
