Comrade Nguyen Tuan Hung holds the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Chi Linh City.

On the afternoon of October 23, Chi Linh City held a conference to announce the decision of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on personnel work.

Attending the conference were members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee: Le Dinh Long, Secretary of Hai Duong City Party Committee; Hoang Quoc Thuong, Secretary of Chi Linh City Party Committee; comrades: Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Khac Toan, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Van Quan.

According to the decision of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Comrade Nguyen Tuan Hung, Head of Hai Duong City Police, was transferred to work at Chi Linh City Party Committee from October 23, 2024, appointed to participate in the City Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Chi Linh City Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term, introduced to the People's Council of Chi Linh City to elect him as Chairman of the People's Committee of Chi Linh City for the 2021-2026 term.

On the same afternoon, at the thematic session, the People's Council of Chi Linh City elected comrade Nguyen Tuan Hung, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, to hold the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Chi Linh City for the 2021-2026 term with 100% of the votes.

Speaking at the conference to announce the decision, Provincial Party Committee member and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Van Quan expressed his hope that in his new position, Comrade Nguyen Tuan Hung needs to quickly approach the work, constantly strive, maximize his qualifications, capacity and experience, together with the Standing Committee, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and the city leaders, uphold the spirit of solidarity, focus on leadership, exploit potentials and advantages, and promote the development of Chi Linh City.
