Comrade Bui Xuan Loc was elected Chairman of Kinh Mon Town People's Committee.

Comrades Vu Tien Phung, Standing Committee member, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee; Nguyen Khac Toan, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council attended the meeting.

Comrade Bui Xuan Loc was elected with an absolute number of votes.

Speaking at the ceremony, Comrade Bui Xuan Loc thanked the delegates of the Town People's Council for their trust in electing him to the position of Chairman of the Town People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term. This is an honor and at the same time a great responsibility that the delegates of the Town People's Council, voters and people of the town have entrusted him with.

In his new position, he promised to continue to inherit and promote the achievements of previous generations, strive, practice, and successfully complete assigned tasks; together with the Town People's Committee, continue to innovate, enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of state management and direction and administration. Uphold the principles of democratic centralism, discipline, administrative discipline, set an example, promote responsibility, initiative, and determination of each member of the Town People's Committee. Promote collective intelligence, listen to the voice of the people, create consensus, and propose appropriate and effective action plans and programs.

Promote digital transformation, administrative reform, especially administrative procedures, decentralize reasonably and effectively, clarify the responsibilities of each organization and individual, create conditions for people and businesses, attract resources to ensure economic growth goals, develop culture, education, take care of people's health, protect the environment, and political security.

Previously, the delegates of Kinh Mon Town People's Council voted to pass the resolution: dismissing the position of Chairman of Kinh Mon Town People's Committee and terminating the duties of Kinh Mon Town People's Council delegate, term II, 2021-2026, for comrade Truong Duc San due to job transfer, holding the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board from May 4; dismissing the position of Chairman of Kinh Mon Town People's Council, term II, 2021-2026, for comrade Bui Xuan Loc (to elect the position of Chairman of the Town People's Committee, term II, 2021-2026).

Comrade Bui Xuan Loc was born in 1976, from Thuong Quan commune (Kinh Mon), a land management engineer, a master's degree in strategic management, and a high level of political theory. He has held many positions, from December 2018 to October 2019 he was a member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Kinh Mon District People's Committee. From November 2019 to July 2021, he was a member of the Standing Committee of the Town Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Kinh Mon Town People's Committee, and Secretary of the Party Committee of the Government Bloc. From August 2021 to September 2023 he was the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Kinh Mon Town Party Committee; from October 2023 to May 2024 he held the positions of Standing Deputy Secretary, Deputy Secretary of the Town Party Committee, and Chairman of the Kinh Mon Town People's Council.
