After 2 days of competition, the table tennis and badminton tournament for leaders and managers of Hai Duong province 'Long Hai Jelly' cup has ended. The pair of leaders of Thanh Mien district won first prize in table tennis.

On the afternoon of November 22, the 2024 Hai Duong Province "Long Hai Jelly" Cup Table Tennis and Badminton Tournament for Leaders and Managers closed after 2 days of exciting competition at the Hai Duong Provincial Sports Gymnasium.

The organizers awarded prizes to athletes with high achievements.

In table tennis, the group of leaders and athletes: Tang The Toan (Hai Duong University) won the men's singles; Nguyen Trung Nghia - Nguyen Anh Tuan (Thanh Mien) won the men's doubles.

Group of management staff, athletes: Vu Duc Tam (Provincial People's Procuracy) won first place in men's singles; Nguyen Xuan Thanh - Nguyen Van Tuan (Ninh Giang) won first place in men's doubles in the age group from 36 to 50 years old; Nguyen Trong Thai (Provincial Police) won first place in men's singles, Nguyen Trung Kien - Nguyen Trong Thai (Provincial Police) won first place in men's doubles in the age group from 51 years old and above.

In badminton, the group of leaders and athletes: Nguyen Van Cuong - Lai Van Luong (Kinh Mon) won the men's doubles.

In the group of management staff, men's doubles, Pham Khac Dung - Nguyen Thanh Ha (Thanh Ha) won the group of 35 years old and under; Nguyen Tuan Ngoc - Nguyen Van Tuyen (Department of Agriculture and Rural Development) won the group of 36 to 50 years old; Le Quy Thuong - Nguyen Hoai Nam (Provincial Police) won the group of 51 years old and over.

Women's doubles, first prize went to Nguyen Thi Huong - Dao Thi Lien (Binh Giang).

In men's and women's doubles, Nguyen Thanh Ha - Luu Thi Huong Ha (Thanh Ha) won the 35-year-old and under group; Le Van Hoa - Nguyen Thi Kim Que (Provincial Tax Department) won the 35-50-year-old group.

The tournament has 27 units with more than 150 athletes who are leaders and managers from departments, branches, sectors and 9 districts, towns and cities. The athletes compete in 2 sports: table tennis and badminton. Table tennis has men's singles, men's doubles; badminton has men's doubles, women's doubles and mixed doubles.

The tournament is held annually to encourage and promote the movement of practicing table tennis and badminton, contributing to improving the health of leaders and managers; enhancing exchanges, solidarity and cohesion between agencies and units.
