Hai Duong delegation won 2 more silver medals in shooting at the National Sports Festival

The first silver medal in the men's 50m 60-round lying down event went to shooter Nguyen Van Quan. In the team event, shooters Phan Huu Duc, Vu Khanh Hai and Nguyen Van Quan won the second silver medal in the men's 50m 60-round lying down event.

At the end of the shooting and flying disc events, the Hai Duong team only won 1 gold medal, 4 silver medals and 2 bronze medals. 1 silver medal belonged to flying disc event, the remaining medals were from shooting events; the only gold medal belonged to shooter Tran Quoc Cuong, men's 50m slow-fire pistol event.

With this achievement, the team did not meet the medal target set before the congress, which was 3 gold medals, 2 silver medals and 3 bronze medals.

The province's shooting and flying disc shooting teams will compete from November 23 to 29 at the shooting range of the National Sports Training Center in Hanoi. This is the third competition of the Hai Duong high-performance sports delegation at the 9th National Sports Festival in 2022.

Previously, Hai Duong rowers finished the competition in Hai Phong, exceeding the medal target; karate is competing in Ninh Binh and is winning a number of bronze medals.
