Immediately after Hai Duong newspaper reported on the garbage flooding the dual carriageway in the western part of Hai Duong city, this section of the road was cleared of garbage.
On the morning of November 6, the dual carriageway connecting Nguyen Luong Bang Street and Do Quang Street (Hoi Do market section, west of Hai Duong City) was cleared of garbage, ensuring the passage of vehicles.
It is known that on the afternoon of November 5, Thanh Binh Ward People's Committee mobilized vehicles and human resources to clean up the trash in this area.
Thanh Binh Ward People's Committee also reminded the owner of Hai Ha auto garage about encroaching on the roadway to repair cars.
After inspection, Thanh Binh Ward People's Committee also administratively fined Mr. Do Ba Khuong (address in Tien Du district, Bac Ninh province) and Mr. Nguyen Viet Tap (in Duc Chinh commune, Cam Giang district, Hai Duong province) each 750,000 VND for the act of dumping garbage in public places in violation of regulations.
Previously, on November 5, Hai Duong newspaper published readers' comments."A dual carriageway in the west of Hai Duong City turned into a landfill"reflecting that the above road section is blocked, impassable because of the garbage and Hai Ha auto garage encroaching to repair cars.
The above road section belongs to the urban area in the west of Hai Duong City, invested and managed by Nam Cuong Group Corporation, and has not been handed over to the Hai Duong City People's Committee. Hai Duong City has repeatedly issued documents urging the investor to clean up the above road section.
Immediately after cleaning the above road section, Thanh Binh Ward People's Committee also requested Nam Cuong Group Joint Stock Company to regularly clean all public areas managed by the unit. At the same time, it requested Hoi Do Market Management Board to step up propaganda to remind traders to implement measures to maintain public hygiene. The ward's functional forces will increase inspection and strictly handle cases of environmental hygiene violations.
