Mr. Nguyen Quoc Vuong (born in 1982, in Bac Giang) spent 8 years studying education in Japan; was a teacher at Nguyen Tat Thanh Secondary and High School, and a lecturer at Hanoi Pedagogical University. Mr. Vuong has translated and written 81 books and more than 200 articles of all kinds.
