Many activities in response to Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day

April 17,Hai Duong City Youth UnionOrganized the program "Books for me, for you" at Nguyen Van Cu High School.

At the program, more than 1,000 youth union members were informed about the meaning and value of building a reading culture; the role, position and importance of books in research, study, training, updating and improving knowledge for young people.

The program "Exchange books for gifts" is well received by many students.

Same day,District Youth Union, Nam Sach District Youth Union CouncilOrganized the program "Light of knowledge - Connecting love" at Cong Hoa Secondary School.

730 students participated in activities such as introducing the "My Beloved Book" contest, choosing books telling stories about Uncle Ho, the glorious and heroic history of the nation, visiting the book exhibition area with different topics arranged in the school yard, participating in the "Exchange books for gifts" program...

From April 12-21,Youth Union and Student Association of Hai Duong University of Medical Technologyorganize the "Book I Love" writing contest.

Students and lecturers of the Youth Union age will submit a review of up to 500 words about a book they have read and liked the most, and their feelings about the book's meaning to them.

The award ceremony is expected to take place after April 21.
