Proposal to re-take over clean water supply project in An Phuong commune

The company has overcome shortcomings and limitations in production and business activities and ensured conditions for management and exploitation of the project. The enterprise commits that after receiving the project, it will ensure the quality, flow, and water pressure to meet the needs of customers in the area, ensure the sustainable operation of the project and strictly comply with the provisions of law. The company will be responsible for returning the invested budget capital, accepting the debt for the amount of money that customers have not paid for water use since the Center for Rural Water Supply and Environmental Sanitation temporarily received and operated it.

Previously, due to the company's limitations and shortcomings in investing, constructing and exploiting clean water supply works in the old Phuong Hoang commune (now An Phuong commune), in February 2020, the Provincial People's Committee handed over the project to the Center for Rural Water Supply and Environmental Sanitation to temporarily take over and operate on behalf of Phuong Hoang Clean Water One Member Co., Ltd.
