Specifically, Bach Dang Clean Water Company Limited was proposed to be fined VND 50 million for violating the declaration of charter capital as prescribed in Clause 3, Article 47 of Decree 122/2021/ND-CP dated December 28, 2021 of the Government on administrative sanctions in the field of planning and investment.
This company is also required to register to adjust its charter capital to the actual capital contributed by its members.
