Hai Duong Province Rural Water and Sanitation Joint Stock Company is currently managing 26 water plants.

Hai Duong Province Clean Water and Rural Sanitation Joint Stock Company is currently managing 26 factories, including 14 self-produced factories and 12 booster pumping stations providing stable clean water in 51 communes and wards in the province.

Since the beginning of 2022, the company has invested in upgrading, renovating, and expanding production and business according to plan. Factories have proactively performed well in operations, ensuring water quality, output, and increasingly improved service quality. The results of the implementation of key production and business targets in 2022 all increased compared to 2021. Specifically, production output in 2022 reached over 16.5 million m3, an increase of nearly 3% compared to 2021 and exceeding the plan by nearly 2%. Commercial water output was over 13.5 million m3, an increase of 4.3% and exceeding the plan by 1.8%. The water loss rate was 18.6%, exceeding the plan by 0.3%. The company's total clean water revenue in 2022 reached nearly VND 111 billion, up 5.3% compared to 2021 and 2.4% higher than the plan. Last year, the company added 2,358 more customers, up 15.5% compared to 2021 and exceeding the plan by 32%. The average income of employees also increased compared to 2021.

The company added distribution pipelines to ensure clean water quality.

In 2022, the company invested in upgrading, renovating, expanding production and business, completing the upgrading and renovation of 5 vertical settling tanks into lamen settling tanks for the remaining 5 factories in Kinh Mon town, Thanh Ha, Nam Sach and Tu Ky districts. By the end of 2022, all of the company's factories had been renovated using lamen settling tank technology. The capacity of the 5 renovated factories increased by 3,200 m3/day and night. For areas where water supply services were not guaranteed, the company added additional distribution pipelines. Upgrading the pipelines helped reduce upstream pump pressure, save electricity, improve water supply services, and factories continued to maintain good implementation of clean water production operations. In 2022, functional units took 658 water samples for testing, with the results showing that 100% of the water samples met the standards.

Over the past year, the company's Board of Directors has focused on directing specialized departments to coordinate with clusters and factories to carry out propaganda and instructions for customers to make non-cash payments. By the end of November 2022, the company had nearly 11% of customers using bank transfers, an increase of 143% compared to 2021.
