The Chairman of Hai Duong City People's Committee has just decided to fine Hai Duong Pump Manufacturing Joint Stock Company in Cam Thuong Ward (Hai Duong City) 130 million VND for illegal construction.
In early September, the Hai Duong City Urban Management Regulation Inspection Team inspected the compliance with construction regulations at Hai Duong Pump Manufacturing Joint Stock Company on Ngo Quyen Street. At the time of the inspection, the company had construction workers pouring concrete for the foundation of the project with an area of 4,224 m2but no building permit.
Hai Duong City People's Committee requested the company to stop construction. Within 90 days, it must complete the application for a construction permit from the competent authority. After this period, if the company fails to present a construction permit, it will be forced to demolish the illegal construction.
