In 2021, the company's Science and Technology Council, in coordination with the trade union, selected, completed and introduced 7 technical innovation initiatives, applying scientific advances to production and business. The solutions "Application of 4.0 technology in customer management, output and water bill recording", "Manufacturing sludge presses in sludge treatment at Viet Hoa clean water plant"... won third prize in the 12th Hai Duong Province Technical Innovation Contest (2020-2021).

Many initiatives benefit businesses from 300 million VND to about 1.7 billion VND each year, such as "Applying inverter technology and flow regulation devices for chemical systems in clean water production plants", "Applying independent Lithium batteries in operating pressure and flow monitoring systems", "Regulating production when there is a power outage at 1 of 3 factories in Hai Duong city", "Renovating the mixing tank system into a flow division tank at Phu Thai water supply station", "Innovative solutions for management and customer care", "Improving the capacity of settling tanks in the clean water production process"...

To improve the efficiency of clean water supply, the grassroots trade union has proposed that the company's leaders continue to apply many topics such as "Renovating and increasing the capacity of water plants", saving investment costs for upstream projects; "Zoning and separating the network to prevent revenue loss" and the initiative "Innovating the spirit of serving customers according to the quick and convenient one-stop mechanism"... These topics are all initiatives of creative employees in the production and business process.

The company's leaders and trade union always stick together and accompany the creative labor movement of union members. Every creative idea and technical innovation initiative is encouraged and supported promptly, both mentally and materially. "Many initiatives have to be researched and tested, which takes a lot of time and money, and sometimes they fail many times, discouraging the whole group. With the timely attention of the company's leaders and trade union, we have overcome difficulties and found good creative ideas," said engineer Pham Van Tien, Deputy Head of the company's Technical Department.

This is the clean water supply enterprise with the largest output and capacity in the province. In 2022, the enterprise strives to reach an output of 58.3 million m3; develop about 6,500 more customers.

The Hai Duong Clean Water Trading Joint Stock Company's Trade Union currently has 934 members, operating in 24 trade unions of units and departments. To encourage and accompany the collective of employees in the emulation movement "Good workers, creative workers", many members of the Board of Directors, Board of Directors, and leaders of the company's trade union always actively participate in emulation, promote initiatives, and improve techniques. Creative ideas and personal opinions are recorded, collected and organized to be completed in groups. During the research and testing process, group leaders and project managers will report to the trade union organization to request the company's leadership to consider financial support. On average, the company can support up to 5% of the beneficial value of initiatives and scientific topics for the research and completion of technical innovations. Every year, at the request of the company's Trade Union, the company's leaders also consider and award certificates of merit and money to groups and individuals who actively compete in creativity in production and business, with a value of up to 3% of the profit value...
