Several serious accidents have occurred at Cau Dau culvert on provincial road 390E from Kim Tan commune to Kim Dinh commune (Kim Thanh district, Hai Duong).
Currently, Cau Dau culvert on provincial road 390E from Kim Tan commune to Kim Dinh commune is only 3 meters wide while the road surface is 4 meters wide, creating a dangerous bottleneck.
Cau Dau culvert across Van Duong river belongs to An Kim Hai system, built a long time ago, the road surface width at that time was 3m. When provincial road 390E was expanded, this culvert became small, while the traffic volume on provincial road 390E to Hai Phong is quite large. In this area, there have been a number of fatal accidents.
We request that the authorities promptly inspect and pay attention to investing in upgrading and expanding Cau Dau culvert to avoid traffic accidents.
