Tu Ky police prosecuted 3 subjects in Hai Phong for illegal drug trafficking

The three suspects, Nguyen Minh Quan (born in 2005, in Du Hang ward, Le Chan district), Nguyen Trung Hieu (born in 2002, in Ha Ly ward, Hong Bang district) and Nguyen Thanh Trong (born in 1999, in Kenh Giang commune, Thuy Nguyen district), all from Hai Phong, were prosecuted for illegal drug trafficking.

At around 11:00 a.m. on March 14, in the Cong Dong area of ​​Nghia Xa village, Dai Son commune (Tu Ky), a working group of the Criminal Police, Economic and Drug Police Team of Tu Ky District Police discovered two young men with suspicious signs. During the inspection, the police force seized a white plastic bag containing brown-yellow plant fibers from the trunk of the two subjects' motorbike. The two subjects confessed that these plant fibers were Tobacco drugs, waiting to be sold to those in need.

During the investigation, Hieu confessed that on March 7, he bought this amount of drugs from Nguyen Duy Quang (born in 2008, in Cao Nhan commune, Thuy Nguyen district) with the intention of selling for profit.

Expanding the investigation, the Investigation Police Agency of Tu Ky District Police summoned and worked with Nguyen Duy Quang. During the investigation, Quang confessed to buying drugs from Nguyen Thanh Trong in Thuy Nguyen District. Quang voluntarily handed over 13 white plastic bags containing Tobacco drugs.

On March 18, the Investigation Police Agency of Tu Ky District Police summoned and worked with Nguyen Thanh Trong. Trong handed over a styrofoam box containing many plastic bags containing drugs that he said he hid to sell for profit.

The appraisal conclusion determined that the total amount of drugs seized was 767.11 grams of MDMB-4en-PINACA drugs.

All four subjects Hieu, Quan, Trong, and Quang have no criminal record. Subject Nguyen Duy Quang is under 16 years old, so the Investigation Police Department of Tu Ky District Police is completing the file to request education at the commune level.
