The Competition for Excellent Commune Police Chiefs is an opportunity to foster and improve awareness, political, legal and professional knowledge of Commune Police Chiefs.
On October 26, Hai Duong Provincial Police organized the 2023 Excellent Commune Police Chief Competition. This is the first year Hai Duong Provincial Police organized this competition.
The contest was attended by 12 contestants from 12 districts, towns and cities. The contestants participated in 2 parts: basic knowledge and presentation.
In both parts of the competition, the candidates confidently demonstrated their knowledge of the law, expertise, flexibility and ingenuity in handling situations related to the duties of the grassroots police force.

The organizing committee awarded the first prize to Captain Vu Thanh Tung, Deputy Chief of Police in charge of Quang Nghiep Commune (Tu Ky). Lieutenant Colonel Mac Van Quang, Chief of Police of Nhan Hue Commune (Chi Linh City) and Captain Bui Dang Cham, Chief of Police of Chi Lang Bac Commune (Thanh Mien) shared the second prize.
The organizers also awarded 3 third prizes and 6 consolation prizes to other contestants.
The Competition for Excellent Commune Police Chiefs is an opportunity to foster and improve awareness and knowledge of politics, law, and professional skills of Commune Police Chiefs, contributing to the task of ensuring security and order at the grassroots level.
