On the morning of January 2, the Digital Transformation Steering Committee of Hai Duong province held a conference to summarize the work in 2024.
Comrade Tran Duc Thang, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Steering Committee chaired the conference. Concluding the conference, Provincial Party Secretary Tran Duc Thang emphasized that in 2024, Hai Duong had carried out many digital transformation tasks. Thereby, it contributed to helping the province achieve positive results, as well as have specific products.
With strong leadership, direction to remove difficulties, and determination to implement, in the first quarter of 2025, the Provincial Intelligent Operations Monitoring Center (IOC) and the Cyber Security Monitoring Center (SOC) will be launched. This will be an important premise in implementing other digital transformation tasks of the province.
Identifying digital transformation as one of the most important tasks for socio-economic development, with a large amount of work, but in the past, the implementation still had some limitations.
In the coming time, the standing agency of the steering committee needs to coordinate with departments, branches and localities to review software and digital applications to adjust and integrate data into the province's shared data warehouse, thereby improving the effectiveness of state management in all fields.

In 2025, the steering committee's program of activities includes many quarterly contents, especially a series of events on the occasion of the Provincial Digital Transformation Day on March 26, including the launch of the Cyber Security Monitoring Center (SOC), a platform for analyzing, synthesizing and processing data on the province's shared data warehouse, a virtual assistant platform on the provincial administrative procedure settlement information system; launching the Open Data Portal, the Foreign Affairs Portal and the investment promotion page; organizing an investment promotion conference on the digital technology industry, etc.
The draft Project on Provincial Digital Transformation by 2025, with a vision to 2030, has focused on clarifying the current status of provincial digital transformation on 5 factors: digital infrastructure, digital government, digital economy, digital society, digital human resources; general assessment of achieved results, pointing out shortcomings and limitations.
