Focus on training high quality human resources for Hai Duong

On the morning of February 4 (January 7), comrade Tran Duc Thang, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee visited and wished a Happy New Year to cadres, lecturers and staff of Thanh Dong University and Hai Duong University.

Also attending were comrades Nguyen Quang Phuc, Standing Committee member, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department; Nguyen Minh Hung, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

The Provincial Party Secretary expressed his joy and appreciation for the achievements that Thanh Dong University and Hai Duong University have achieved in 2024 and throughout the process of construction and development. The schools have made remarkable progress and growth in terms of facilities, staff, lecturers and students, basically meeting the requirements of teaching and learning according to standards.

Thanh Dong University has chosen the right direction in the current context. Actively coordinating with businesses in the process of training students will contribute to improving the quality of labor resources, meeting the requirements of businesses.

Hai Duong University has promoted a high spirit of solidarity and unity among the school's leadership, staff, lecturers and employees. After merging Hai Duong College into Hai Duong University, the school quickly streamlined its apparatus and standardized its staff after the merger. The staff and civil servants in the whole school actively studied and advanced with the desire to contribute and develop. The lives and incomes of civil servants and employees have been increasingly improved.

The Provincial Party Secretary emphasized that Hai Duong pays special attention to improving the quality of its labor force. The 17th Hai Duong Provincial Party Congress identified improving the quality of its human resources as a breakthrough for the 2020-2025 term. Hai Duong has issued the Project "Developing human resources to meet production and business requirements, contributing to building Hai Duong into a modern industrial province by 2030".

Along with the policies to support and improve the quality of human resources of the province, the Provincial Party Secretary requested the staff, lecturers and employees of Thanh Dong University and Hai Duong University to continue to strive to improve their professional capacity and improve teaching methods to meet the requirements and tasks in the coming time. Pay attention to the career of training high-quality human resources for the province, contributing to the successful implementation of the set goals.

The province will always accompany and support schools to successfully complete their educational and training tasks and orient their development in the coming time.
