Cam Giang strives to build an advanced new rural district in 2023

According to the Office of Coordination for New Rural Construction in Cam Giang district, in 2022, the district has 3 communes that have submitted documents requesting appraisal of advanced new rural communes, including: Cam Vu, Luong Dien and Cam Hung; Cam Dong commune requested appraisal of model new rural commune.

The 3 communes building advanced new rural areas all met 19/19 criteria. The average income per capita in 2022 reached 64 - 68 million VND, the multidimensional poverty rate decreased to less than 1% (except for poor households, multidimensional near-poor households with no working capacity).
