On September 15, leaders of Cam Giang district, along with departments, branches and social organizations of the district, came to encourage and support the families of Catholics in Tram Ngoai hamlet, Tram Noi Trang village (Cam Van commune). This is the only residential area in Cam Giang district isolated due to flooding.
The delegation visited and presented 5 gifts, each worth 1.5 million VND, to 5 families in difficult circumstances, all of whom are parishioners in Tram Ngoai hamlet, Tram Noi Trang village (Cam Van commune). Tram Ngoai is the only residential area in Cam Giang district that was isolated due to the entire road being flooded from 40-60 cm from September 12-15.
