The Provincial Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Committee of Hai Duong province received citizens on the afternoon of January 12.

According to the Provincial People's Committee Office, citizens must register directly at the Provincial Citizen Reception Committee before January 9. The Provincial Party Secretary and the Provincial People's Committee Chairman will receive citizens who have registered complaints and denunciations under the jurisdiction of the provincial level. For complaints, denunciations, recommendations and reflections under the jurisdiction of departments, branches and district-level People's Committees, citizens are requested to contact the competent agency or person (department, branch or district-level People's Committee) for consideration and resolution.
