The Ministry of Agriculture and Environment has 5 more deputy ministers.

National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man signed and issued Resolution No. 1533/NQ-UBTVQH15 of the National Assembly Standing Committee on increasing the number of Deputy Ministers of Agriculture and Environment.

The National Assembly Standing Committee resolved to increase the number of Deputy Ministers of Agriculture and Environment by 5 so that the total number of Deputy Ministers of Agriculture and Environment does not exceed 10, in order to meet the requirements of personnel arrangement and assignment when streamlining the state apparatus.

National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man also signed and issued Resolution No. 69/2025/UBTVQH15 of the National Assembly Standing Committee amending and supplementing Clause 1, Article 1 of Resolution No. 57/2024/UBTVQH15 dated November 15, 2024 of the National Assembly Standing Committee approving the proposal of the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court on departments, offices and equivalents, and press agencies of the Supreme People's Court.

The Resolution stipulates that the departments, divisions and equivalents of the Supreme People's Court include the Department of Planning and Finance; the Department of Information Technology; the Department of Director, Criminal Inspection; the Department of Director, Civil Inspection; the Department of Director, Business - Trade, Bankruptcy, Labor, Family and Minors Inspection; the Department of Director, Administrative Inspection; the Department of Legislation and Science Management; the Department of Organization - Personnel; the Department of International Cooperation; and the Inspectorate of the Supreme People's Court.
