Nguyen Xuan Duy, who used a knife to rob a gold shop in Thanh Khe commune (Thanh Ha, Hai Duong) on the evening of September 22, was captured and is being verified and clarified by Thanh Ha district police.
According to the leader of Thanh Khe Commune People's Committee, at around 6:10 p.m. on September 22, Nguyen Xuan Duy (according to initial verification, born in 2002 in village 4, Thanh Hai commune, Thanh Ha district) rode a Honda Vison motorbike carrying a box cutter to Kien Thu gold shop in Xuan An village, Thanh Khe commune to rob. This gold shop is owned by Mr. Nguyen Trung Kien.
When entering the store, Duy wore a mask and looked around. Seeing Kien and his son at the gold counter, he used a knife to threaten the store owner and rob them of their money and gold. During the scuffle, the suspect injured Kien in the chest, causing him to bleed profusely. Kien and his son pushed and caught the suspect and reported to the Commune Police and Thanh Ha District Police.
