Three people gathered to illegally use drugs in a rented room in Ngoc Chau ward and were recently discovered and caught red-handed by Hai Duong City Police.
At about 8:15 p.m. on December 15, at the rented room of house 31/31 Nguyen Van Thinh, Ngoc Chau ward (Hai Duong city), the Working Group of the Economic Crime Investigation Police Team - Drugs of Hai Duong City Police coordinated with Ngoc Chau Ward Police to catch 3 subjects red-handed gathering to illegally use drugs.
When discovered, Nguyen Manh Hung, born in 1978, living in zone 10, Ngoc Chau ward, was preparing drugs, tools and a place to use drugs with Phung Duc Thao (born in 2003, living in Tu Minh ward, who lives in the same boarding house) and Pham Thi Cuc (born in 1976, living in Ke Sat town, Binh Giang district).
The task force inspected and seized many exhibits related to illegal drug use. Through testing, all 3 subjects tested positive for synthetic drugs.
Hai Duong City Police are continuing to investigate and handle the case.
