Despite the cold, workers at construction sites of key transport projects in Hai Duong always strive to overcome difficulties and complete their tasks.
The Bac Hung Hai bridge project belongs to the East-West axis road project across Cai River (also known as Tu Ky River, part of the Bac Hung Hai irrigation system) connecting Ha Ky and Phuong Ky communes (Tu Ky).
