According to the Hai Duong Province Hydrometeorological Station, the water levels of the Thai Binh and Kinh Thay rivers are currently decreasing, while the rivers in the downstream area are rising and falling due to the influence of the tide.
Hai Duong withdraws alert level II on Luoc River

At 11:00 a.m. on September 13, the Steering Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention, Control and Search and Rescue of Hai Duong province issued dispatch No. 16 to withdraw alert level II on the Luoc River.
