According to information from Bamboo Airways, from now until March 30, 2024, the airline will adjust its plan to operate domestic and international flights, focusing resources to ensure stable operations from November 2023, especially during the peak period at the end of the year and Lunar New Year 2024.

For the international flight network, Bamboo Airways will temporarily suspend some routes to ensure resource concentration and prioritize operational efficiency.

Specifically, the routes temporarily suspended include Hanoi-London Gatwick (UK) from October 18, Hanoi-Incheon (Korea) from October 29, Ho Chi Minh City-Sydney/Melbourne (Australia) from November 4, Ho Chi Minh City/Hanoi-Frankfurt (Germany) from November 4, Ho Chi Minh City-Singapore from November 4, Hanoi-Bangkok (Thailand)/Narita (Japan)/Taipei (Taiwan, China) from November 8.

Affirming its commitment to ensuring maximum legitimate rights and interests in all cases, the airline has been increasing specialized personnel to receive and process support requests as soon as possible, including free flight rescheduling or refunds for passengers.

For routes not subject to adjustment, the airline's operations have been, are, and will continue to operate normally, ensuring a smooth service experience for passengers.

Bamboo Airways maintains stable operations of major hub routes such as Hanoi-Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi-Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh City-Da Nang and local routes connecting Hai Phong, Vinh, Dong Hoi, Hue, Nha Trang, Da Lat, Quy Nhon, Phu Quoc, Con Dao...

In parallel with stabilizing flight schedules, the airline is actively training and educating its staff and maintaining equipment and facilities, ensuring 100% capacity and service quality during peak periods.

“At every stage, the customer experience and benefits are always the top priority of the airline. The airline is constantly striving to ensure high punctuality and absolute safety of flights," the airline representative emphasized.

In recent times, along with maintaining operations to ensure absolute safety, security and good service quality, Bamboo Airways has also drastically implemented solutions to comprehensively restructure and improve the efficiency of production and business activities.

Comprehensive solutions have helped the airline build a new suitable direction for the end of 2023 and early 2024.

Specifically, the expected fleet structure, including narrow-body and jet aircraft, operates on key domestic routes, focusing on main routes to Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, tourist and business routes with high demand as well as international routes to Southeast Asia. Initially, the airline aims to bring the fleet size back to 30 aircraft, aiming to increase to 50 aircraft and more.

At the same time, Bamboo Airways continues to diversify its network of potential partners, working closely with suppliers Boeing and Airbus to implement signed aircraft purchase agreements, in order to proactively increase its fleet resources in the 2024-2028 period and the following years.
