Identifying investment in education as investment for sustainable development, Binh Giang District Party Committee has concretized the Resolution of the District Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term with the project "Maintaining and improving the quality of education and training, the quality of national standard schools". The district aims to have 100% of schools recognized as national standard schools by 2025. Of which, over 20% of units have achieved level 3 quality accreditation and level 2 national standard schools.

The district has applied many synchronous solutions. In addition to combining investment capital from programs and projects of the province, district, schools, and localities, it mobilizes local capital and socialization. The district regularly inspects to promptly detect and remove difficulties and obstacles in each unit. Every year, the district directs a simultaneous review to identify missing criteria in building national standard schools, paying special attention to two important criteria: facilities and education quality. From there, it directs sectors, localities and schools to focus on implementation. Places lacking classrooms, functional rooms, playgrounds, training grounds, etc. will be allocated construction funds.

With these synchronous measures, from the beginning of the term to the end of the first quarter of 2023, Binh Giang district has had 6 more schools recognized as meeting national standards. The whole district currently has 46/50 schools recognized as meeting national standards. Schools that have not been recognized as national standards have developed specific roadmaps and plans, striving to achieve national standards before 2025.

In the 2021-2022 school year, the whole district had about 100 students winning prizes in provincial competitions for excellent students in cultural subjects and nearly 200 students winning prizes in competitions such as science and technology innovation, sports, and many high prizes in other provincial competitions... The 2021-2022 school year is the fourth consecutive year that Binh Giang ranked first in the province in terms of high school entrance exam scores.
