As the only singer to receive 3 Dedication Awards 2023, singer Hoang Thuy Linh confided: “I feel very honored and happy to be continuously called for awards. The award ceremony night, the Organizing Committee honored 9 categories in the Music field, including: The song "Ben tren thang lau" (composed and performed by: Tang Duy Tan) won the Song of the Year award; Music video of the year went to "Gieo que" (composed by: Khac Hung, performed by: Hoang Thuy Linh - Den); New artist of the year went to MONO; Male and female singers of the year went to Tung Duong and Hoang Thuy Linh respectively; Program of the year went to "Tri am" by singer My Tam; Album of the year went to "LINK" by singer Hoang Thuy Linh; Producer of the year went to DTAP and Khac Hung won the Musician of the Year award.

In the Sports category, the Organizing Committee awarded the “Young Sports Face of the Year” award to athlete Khuat Van Khang (Football), “Sports Face of the Year” to Nguyen Thi Oanh (Athletics); The Vietnamese women's football team won the right to participate in the 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup Finals and won the “Sports Achievement of the Year” award.
